The caller claims to be from
・ NTT and says, "Your call will stop in 2 hours. When the caller follows the guidance, he or she is charged for unpaid bills.
This fictitious billing scam is a method of swindling people out of their money by claiming to be an actual telephone company and saying that they have unpaid bills or that their phone will stop working if they do not pay now.
・ The scammer will deceptively claim to be a city hall employee, etc., and say, "We have a refund for your pension, so please complete the necessary procedures today." This is a refund scam, in which the victim is tricked into paying money by claiming to be entitled to a refund or reimbursement of medical expenses.
